MAS dan AIR ASIA....Sweet Deal...

As usual.... I am not professional and this is realy based on my theory only. Why now the they restructuring again. Sad to say it is very hard to get someone like Idris Jala. You cannot expect the company total profit bear like it good old days... It is reasonable growth and make sure not losing is justify.

Why the Deal going Sour Previously

1 - Air Asia is making money and the want Govt ask them to save MAS does not benefit them at all. It is
force JV. It will never work that way. When JV shud be win win situation. Air Asia definitely not   wholeheatedly in the previous JV cos don benefit them at all... MAS is govt back. GLC and entitle so many monopoly in the industry. Now even Air Asia pie you of course Tony tak suke i pun tak berapa berkenan...

2 - Fighting for the same pie - Remember when Idris Jala started sell at lower price that cause Tony angry. Now he have to fight his pie with MAS. Previously he monopoli all the small earners who want to fly. Tagline Now Everyone Can Fly really cathcy. Knowing Malaysian... the price is good I will grab it... Stewadess gemuk tak per...

3. Noting personal it is just business... Idris is forced to make money for the sinking ship. Tony already make money and want more money and do want to share so thats why lah.... Keep fighting bla2... at last Tony tak leh guna MAS Gold Membership apetah... sorry man.... u put the salt to the wound.....

Why the Deal Is Sweet This Time
1. Tony own share at MAS and also Air Asia finally become GLC. He also the boss for both company. Don be suprised later he is one of the rishest man in Malaysia.

2. Now you can call him boss and he can manouver the ship.

3. Business Segmentation - thats all he need to do to make sure they don fight each other...

4. From non profit company to the one who make khazanah the shareholder - his pie getting bigger....

5. What u expect it is not monopoly but oligopoli.. either MAS get the flight or Air Asia get it....

Finnn...

All the best Tony...
